MONCLER Logo Printed Hooded Sweatshirt Fabric: Crafted from lightweight, velvet-like cotton fabric, high-density cotton fibers are used within a single layer to create a differentiated interior and exterior. The outer layer features a flat weave for a firm and durable finish, while the inner layer is brushed to create a short, dense pile. The dense plain weave resists wind and splashes, while the brushed surface is skin-friendly. The short pile is treated with static dissipation to prevent adhesion. A small amount of grooved polyester moisture-wicking yarn is embedded within the cotton fibers, quickly channeling sweat from the inner velvet to the outer layer for evaporation through a capillary effect, addressing the problem of velvet becoming stuffy. Process 1: By actively controlling the shrinkage potential of cotton fibers, the fabric transitions from being volatile to being stable, improving dimensional stability while resisting deformation and wrinkling. Process 2: A high-saturation pattern is applied to the center of the cap using adhesive printing. Applying even pressure with the squeegee, the squeegee is applied in five passes to ensure full penetration and coverage. After high-temperature curing, the pigment firmly bonds to the cotton fibers. The cotton fibers' ink-absorbing and penetrating properties prevent the design from fading due to friction.
